Holiday Returns Policy

Shop with confidence: Any order placed between November 1st, 2009 and December 15th, 2009 will have until January 15th, 2010 to initiate your return. All other return policy requirements remain in effect. All items must be received at our returns facility within 10 days of initiating your return. See the standard return policy and procedures below.

Standard Return Policy and Procedure

You didn’t get what you expected, you changed your mind? Set up a Help Ticket and we can take care of you.

  1. Log into MY ACCOUNT
  2. Click on Help Desk
    1. This link is listed at the bottom of the Left Navigation Bar.
  3. Type in a Title to your Ticket
    1. Examples: return, wrong item shipped, not as expected, missing parts, damaged, etc
  4. Select an Order
    1. Use the drop down menu to select the order you are having trouble with.
    2. All of your Orders for your account will be listed
  5. Type in any additional specific information you want us to know to help us set up your return.
  6. OPTIONAL: You may attach files to this ticket, if you want to
    1. Images of a damaged shipment or defective item
  7. Click Submit Ticket
    1. That’s it. We will email you within 2 business days with the status of your Help Ticket.

    General Information:

    All of our Watches, Jewelry, Straps and Accessories are in new and original condition. We do not sell refurbished or replica items. Every watch we sell is equipped with a security tag which must remain intact if you wish to return it. Before you wear your watch, please make sure it is what you ordered and that it is absent of any visual defects. Also, please make sure the watch is to your liking because once you remove the security tag or wear or modify the watch, it is not returnable and is solely subject to the warranty provided.     • All returns must be set up within 30 Days of receiving your order and must arrive at our warehouse within 45 Days of receiving your order.
    • If a package arrives at our warehouse without the RMA# clearly visible on the outside, it may be refused by our receiving department.
    • Precision Time will email you a shipping label to return any product that is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. We are not responsible for any return shipping charges if you elect not to use the return label provided. You are responsible for all return shipping charges for any other reason. If the product returned is found not to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from your return credit.
    • All returned item(s) must be received back with the security tag intact, in their original packaging, along with all accessories, links, blank warranty cards, manuals, bonus gifts, etc., and must not be modified in any way. This includes watch and jewelry sizing. If the security tag has been removed, your item may not qualify for return. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN. Once you remove the security tag or wear or modify the watch, it is not returnable and is solely subject to the warranty provided. Click on the Warranty Policy for full warranty information.
    • When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply.
    • All returns for Online Purchases must be returned via mail to our shipping address provided in your HELP TICKET email. If you can’t find your email, log into MY ACCOUNT. All correspondence is logged.
    • WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY ONLINE PURCHASE AT OUR RETAIL STORE LOCATIONS.
    • Please send all returns and exchanges be sent via a track-able carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Precision Time is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
    • For security, please do not write “jewelry” or “watch” on the outside of the package. DO NOT write directly on any watch boxes.
    • You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
    • If your shipment doesn’t arrive, is damaged, or you suspect tampering, please see our Shipping Policy for further information. You must keep all damaged packaging as UPS will need to inspect the package. Log into MY ACCOUNT to set up a Help Ticket using the instructions above for help placing a claim.
