stopped working less than 24 hours after i bought it

i bought this and then that night it just stopped working. the little led light still worked but the interface with the time and such is not responding whatsoever there is nothing on the screen. i got a new battery and put it in but did not change the circumstances. going to take it in tomorrow and see what is wrong with it.
