Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped signature required within 3 business days of receiving you order. Make sure someone will be at your shipping address to sign for the package. For more order processing information, please review our Payment Methods section and our Order Verification Process.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please please log into My Account visit the Help Desk and Create a ticket as soon as possible to correct the issue. When the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email as well as posted in the order section of My Account. For package tracking, please log into My Account. Parcel tracking info is available online at http://www.ups.com.

All Orders are subject to normal credit card approval and verification procedures, as well as fraud review processes. Fraud review may take 24 business hours or more based on your availability. Please enter an accurate phone number and email address to expedite the verification process. Shipping times do not include the day the order ships or any time the Fraud Review Process takes.

Shipping Restrictions
  • All orders ship via UPS Ground for the flat rate listed above, no matter how many items you order.
  • Shipments sent by UPS ground will take 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please enter a street address for delivery of your package.
  • Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
  • Weekend deliveries are valid only if the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.
  • Saturday delivery is only available between Thursday 12:00pm (noon) and Friday 12:00pm (noon). Orders after Friday 12:00pm (noon) MST can only be shipped the following business day.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days or has been delivered but cannot be located, please log into My Account visit the Help Desk and Create a ticket.Shipping and Item Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, UPS must conduct an investigation. Please keep all packaging from any damaged shipment, as UPS will want to inspect the damage. Please contact PrecisionTimeCo.com to initiate a tracer within 14 business days of placing your order. If the package is not located, UPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to PrecisionTimeCo.com and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, PrecisionTimeCo.com will gladly refund your original payment.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please log into My Account visit the Help Desk and Create a ticket within 10 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Precision Time within 10 days may not be honored for replacement.
